Save Endangered Turtles

The Barbados Sea Turtle Project operates a 24-hour monitoring and response service, and recruits Barbadians and long-stay visitors as volunteers to assist with its programmes. Currently guests staying on the island for less than one month can participate in our east coast leatherback nest counts (7km walk) – April to June. They can also request to be notified of any public hatchling releases held during their stay – these typically occur from August to October.
